Twinshocks

We have plenty of twinshock enthusiasts and plan to run trials to cater to them. Not so much leaping off tree trunks or scaling cliffs, but a more sedate version of the sport. While the twinshock/classic trial might not be everyone's cup of tea, we recognise the need to cater for all ages, abilities and bikes. We hope our twinshock trials will appeal to riders looking for a different challenge.

Revival of a classic

The club has a long history, and 2020 sees the beginning of a new phase. We have changed affiliation from the ACU to the AMCA, and members interest has shifted towards riding twinshocks and classic bikes. Rumours that this is to do with increasing age and decreasing ability may or may not have some foundation in truth.
At the same time, we recognise as a club that there is a place for modern trials, so we host an annual championship round for the AMCA. And of course, riders of modern trials bikes are always welcome at our regular events.
